At Hot Box Pretzels, we take pride in delivering our pretzel bites fresh and never frozen. To ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we currently ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This schedule allows us to maintain our commitment to quality and freshness.

Order Cutoff Time:
All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday will be processed and shipped the same week. Any orders received after this cutoff will be shipped the following week.

Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via 2-Day shipping to ensure prompt delivery and optimal freshness upon arrival.

Storage Instructions:

The 1st pkg got hit by storm so arrived late, it was immediately replaced. This new pkg is awesome and very tasty. I put it in oven a little less time for softer pretzels.

These are pretzels are delicious. I never expected them to be so good! Frozen pretzels microwaved and shaken up with a flavor packet??? So many things could go wrong, but NOPE! The hype is real.
