Hot Box Pretzels are made with fresh ingredients and contain no seed oils. Unlike many other pretzels, ours are never frozen—they’re shipped fresh so you can enjoy them at their best. Plus, every seasoning packet is made with real ingredients, from fresh fruit to real cheeses. Nothing is artificial—just bold, delicious flavor.

As soon as you receive your pretzel bites, freeze them immediately unless you’re eating them right away. Since we don’t use preservatives, they don’t have a long shelf life at room temperature. Storing them in the freezer keeps them fresh for up to 3 months.

We currently ship our pretzel bites to the lower 48 states.

We ship all orders via 2-day air to ensure freshness. Orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you place an order on a Wednesday or later, it won’t ship until the following Monday. Depending on when you order, packages typically arrive within 6-7 days. If ordered on a Monday, you may receive them within 2 business days.

We do not accept returns or refunds on Pretzel Bites. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at bites@hotboxpretzels.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

There are a few ways to enjoy your pretzel bites, depending on your preference:

• Microwave: 30 seconds if thawed or 1 minute from frozen.

• Oven: Bake at 350°F for 3 minutes if thawed or 5 minutes if frozen. Brushing with butter enhances the flavor.

• Air Fryer: Time varies by air fryer, so keep an eye on them to avoid burning. This method gives a crispier outside with a soft, fluffy inside.

There’s no single “right” way to heat them—microwave for soft and chewy, oven/air fryer for a crispier bite.
