  • Hot Box Pretzels are made with fresh ingredients and contain no seed oils. Unlike many other pretzels, ours are never frozen—they’re shipped fresh so you can enjoy them at their best. Plus, every seasoning packet is made with real ingredients, from fresh fruit to real cheeses. Nothing is artificial—just bold, delicious flavor.

  • As soon as you receive your pretzel bites, freeze them immediately unless you’re eating them right away. Since we don’t use preservatives, they don’t have a long shelf life at room temperature. Storing them in the freezer keeps them fresh for up to 3 months.

  • We currently ship our pretzel bites to the lower 48 states.

  • At Hot Box Pretzels, we take pride in crafting our pretzel bites with high-quality, clean ingredients. Orders are packed and shipped in the order they're received and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once it's on its way, you can expect delivery in 2-4 days. While we can't guarantee same-day shipping, we promise it'll be worth the wait!

    Storage Instructions: Upon receiving your pretzel bites, please freeze any portions you don't plan to eat right away to maintain their quality.

  • There are a few ways to enjoy your pretzel bites, depending on your preference:

    • Microwave: 30 seconds if thawed or 1 minute from frozen.

    • Oven: Bake at 350°F for 3 minutes if thawed or 5 minutes if frozen. Brushing with butter enhances the flavor.

    • Air Fryer: Time varies by air fryer, so keep an eye on them to avoid burning. This method gives a crispier outside with a soft, fluffy inside.


    There’s no single “right” way to heat them—microwave for soft and chewy, oven/air fryer for a crispier bite.
