Shipping Policy

Orders are packed in the order they’re received and typically leave our kitchen within 1–3 business days.

Transit time depends on the destination and service selected at checkout. For Zone 4 (West Coast), Standard Ground is 5–8 business days and costs $9.99. Standard Air is $15.99 for packages up to 3 lb and $25.99 for packages 3.01 lb and over.

When your pretzel bites arrive, freeze any portions you don’t plan to eat right away to maintain their quality.
