Quick & Easy
- Oven or air fryer: 350°F, about 3 minutes thawed (about 5 from frozen).
- Butter the bag: put the hot bites back in the bag with a tablespoon of cold butter, zip it and shake.
- Toss in the cinnamon sugar until every bite is coated.

Cinnamon, Sugar, Sunflower Oil.
How to make them
1. Heat & Season: Heat the bites, butter the bag and toss with the cinnamon sugar.
2. Fill: Load the syringe with strawberry jelly (Vampire) or warm Nutella (Frankenstein).
3. Inject: Squeeze it into a warm bite. Finish the Frankenstein Bites with pistachio cream and kataifi.

Freeze or heat
Seasonings come in your Flavor Lab box. Not eating today? Freeze the bites. They keep for a couple of months.

Heat at 350°F
Oven or air fryer, about 3 minutes. Watch them: they go from perfect to burnt fast.

Butter & sugar
Put the hot bites back in the bag with a tablespoon of cold butter and the cinnamon sugar packet. Zip it and shake.

Fill 'em
Load the syringe with jelly or warm Nutella and squeeze it into a warm bite. Frankenstein Bites get pistachio cream and kataifi on top.

350°F in the oven or air fryer, about 3 minutes. Butter the bag and shake in the cinnamon sugar.
