At Hot Box Pretzels, we take pride in delivering our pretzel bites fresh and never frozen. To ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we currently ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays. This schedule allows us to maintain our commitment to quality and freshness.

Order Cutoff Time:
All orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Any orders received before this cutoff will be shipped within the same week.

Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via 2-Day Air to ensure prompt delivery and optimal freshness upon arrival.

Storage Instructions:
Upon receiving your pretzel bites, please freeze any portions you do not plan to eat immediately to maintain their freshness and quality.
